YOU are worthy

Updated: Aug 10, 2024

...of so many things in life. But this is a running blog. So what I am saying is that you are worthy of a run coach.

If you run, you are a runner, and you are worthy of a run coach. That’s it. That’s all it requires.

I have run on and off for 15 years and it took me 13 of those 15 years to realize that I was someone who could be worthy of a run coach. I used to think coaches were only for people who ran a certain speed, or distance, or have run a certain number of years, or are in chase of a BQ (Boston Qualifier). But social media changed the narrative for me. It helped me to realize that every runner can benefit from a run coach.

  • A coach can help a new runner find their groove, become consistent, and find joy in the running journey.

  • A seasoned runner can use a coach when coming back from an injury, to run a new distance, an old distance or a PR.

  • A life-is-too-busy-to-function runner can use a coach to do all of the thinking and planning for them so that they can just run.

Here at Beautiful Mess Running we believe that a run coach is not just for the pros, but for the everyday runner. The person who puts on running shoes and moves their feet. Unsure what a run coach really does? Check out What Does it Look Like to Have a Run Coach? or What's the point of a run coach? to get an idea.

If you’re still unsure if it’s right for you, schedule a free 15 minute consult call and we can talk you through it all.

But the bottom line is that YOU (yes, you as you are this very moment) are worthy.
