So this didn't go as planned. I'm noticing a theme here....
Week 3 started off strong and I had a solid plan in place. But illness took that plan, shook it up and spit it out in pieces. I didn't get my long run in, which is a bummer, but honestly just going up and down the stairs felt like a workout while I was sick.
Week 4 was a total wash in that I was sick for half of it, needing albuterol, and then recovering the other half. So I got zero runs or formal exercise in at all. But I did parent. So that's gotta count for something.
