Solid week of training in the books over here. The week was heavily laid on the treadmill, but hey, treadmill miles are still miles. It took me a bit to find my groove back on the treadmill, but by the end of the week it was smoother sailing. It felt good to get a week of 4 runs in, and the best part was getting my long run in the morning we headed to the beach. It started the day off strong and confident and left me ready for the travel crazies.
Here's to hoping next week is as strong as this one. I'll be traveling so that always adds an extra challenge, but I think I'm up for it. Hope you're well and that your running is going strong!
