Half Marathon Training Week 5

It's all coming back, it's all coming back to me noww..

Sort of anyway. Got in 3 solid runs this week, and one bike ride pretending to be a run.


For those of you just joining the journey, I was pretty sick and had to take over a week off. It feels good to be back in the swing of things. As hard as it is to "restart" every time, I always love the solid sweat that follows and how strong I feel after returning to running/lifting. I knew I had to just do it and I would eventually get back into the groove.
