This week came off stronger than the first. I fit in three runs, and I actually really enjoyed them. From having a solid playlist and a mindset shift on the first run, to a nice long philosophical third run, a lot happened.
I added some progression and hills as my "hard" work this week, and phewph do hills humble a girl. But other than that I took it nice and easy and those easy runs are what make me LOVE running. I know, I sound crazy. Although you're sitting here reading my blog, so maybe you're crazy too 😉. But a nice easy run where I just enjoy, don't stress and can really let myself just be - chef's kiss. That's where my runner's high comes in, and what keeps me coming back excited for more.
