        Absolutely! Coaching is about so much more than just racing. Reach out with a free 15 minute call and we can discuss all of the specific ways it will benefit you.
      • What platform do you use for your athletes?
        Training plans are integrated in the Final Surge platform which allows the coach and athlete to have a seamless venue for plans and follow-up.
      • Can my training plan be changed if I make more/less progress than expected?
        Of course! The biweekly coaching calls are the ideal time to evaluate your progress and make adjustments to your training plan. You can also use email or text to get motivational support, ask questions, and make small tweaks in between calls.
      • Is your name really Teddi? Or, what is it short for?
        Yes, it is. Teddi is my full name :)
